In recent years, Mang Den wild myrtle wine has entered the market and is quite popular with many consumers. Mang Den wild myrtle wine originated from Ms. Nhiem, a woman in her forties. With the original intention of providing relief to poor people, looking at the vast fields of ripe myrtle, she tried to do something to help her people. So she introduced the technology of applying probiotics and diligently experimented with wild myrtle fruit extract. And batches of myrtle wine were born, so thousands of hectares of natural forest myrtle were used as raw materials to make wine, creating jobs and saving suffering for the poor. The myrtle fruits from the black bamboo shoot forest were made by local people. Mountainous tribes pick ripe plain myrtle during Tet, but Mang Den forest myrtle ripens in mid-summer and into autumn. During the sim season, people all over the district invite each other to pick sim. Picking sims must be gentle and skillful so that the sims do not get crushed, so it is usually the job of ethnic minority women. View more
